It was an interesting episode about the father’s past with the mother. Tamako looks just like her mommy. Anko’s being angsty because her little boy friend that she has a crush on is moving away. We finally found out where that song Tamako hums originates from. Mochizou’s birthday is finally remember by Tamako.

In this episode, Midori takes on the job of coming up with the dancing for the baton club’s culture festival. She takes it on sure she can do it, but it turns out she can’t and has taken too much on herself and won’t ask for her. Her friends also don’t realize how much of a toll she’s taking from this. A valuable life lesson, don’t be afraid to ask your friends to help you out every now and then. They finally find out and Midori breaks down with guilt that she couldn’t do what she as the captain on the team, said she would do. Tamako comforts her and the other girls and they tell her it’s ok for the captain to ask her team for some teamwork. At the end of the ep, a rather big reveal is unveiled.

Tamako’s a princess candidate for the prince?! We finally get to see a lil more of the prince as well and see that Dera was always the same, attitude wise. Everyone’s excited and not so much at the same time about the prince and about Tamako having to leave. Especially her father. Tamako isn’t even concerned, she’s more concerned about finally winning her prize she’s been saving points up for years. She finally gets it and then ends up loosing it and in the end, the one who happens to find it, is the prince.

The last episode, the prince is finally here and everyone is fawning over him, of course. He’s welcomed warmly just like Choi was. Tamako’s dad is still really upset about her leaving, but tries to tell her he accepts it. Tamako keeps getting her friends getting all emotional over the aspect and she herself is very upset about this and finds the prince to nicely refuse his offer. Dera beats her to the punch line though. The prince is very understanding, that and it doesn’t seem like Tamako is even a candidate like they thought she was. It’s a very tearful goodbye for everyone and Choi, everyone gives her a farewell gift and even Tamako tries to sacrifice her most prized possession. Choi won’t let her do that though. It’s also hinted that Choi may have this candidate birth mark. I hope so, she should be able to have her prince. Dera finally leaves without saying goodbye to Tamako. Mochizou unknowingly happens to get Tamako the best birthday present ever.
It was a really cute and sweet series, I hope they do more with it in the future.
